No more excuses as to why you can’t workout without injury, our coaches will workout with you to make sure you have the proper form and challenge you during your workout without muscle strain.  We have crafted a program that will help you fight menopause, break bad habits, create consistency  and have the healthy, sculpted body of your dreams. Semi-Private Sessions 

Up to 6 workout sessions each week in a small group  including 2 lower body, 1 upper body, and 1 fullbody, pilates and cardio, and  1 deep stretch session 

Nutrition Guidance 

Customized nutrition plan from breakfast to dinner so you’ll know your protein, carbs, fat, and calorie needs to get to your goals.  We will give you feedback on a weekly basis to keep you on track 

Daily Nutrition Feedback 

Our team will go over the nutrition that you posted on a daily basis to make sure that you have the right portions and eating the right type of food to stay on track with your goals. 

On Demand Stretch Videos 

Follow along stretch videos to guide you through each stretch exercise  helping you perform the movements properly at your fitness level updated weekly  tailored to reduce muscle inflammation 

On Demand Meditations

Follow along meditations to improve your mental wellbeing,reduce stress,and breakfree from emotional eating habits.

Customized Cardio Plan 

Created based on your age, fitness level, and endurance goals to help promote faster weight loss results and improve your stamina and heart. 

One on One Checkins

Schedule a metime checkin with your coach to go over exercises that you may have struggled with, go over a nutrition question, or reset goals to keep you on track with your results.
